Made from 100% cotton, medium fabric. Runs a bit small in the sleeve. The cotton used for these shirts is "environmentally friendly" -- that's what the manufacturer says. I don't exactly know what they mean by that, but it does have a thicker, vintage feel and there are definitely no synthetics.
